Billy Bob Thornton è uno degli artisti più originali ed eclettici. Dal 31 maggio sarà possibile vederlo sul grande schermo in “Daddy and them”, una dark comedy. “Daddy and them” racconta le vicende di un musicista (Billy Bob Thornton) e di sua moglie Ruby (Laura Dern) che devono aiutare un vecchio zio (Jim Varney) accusato di omicidio. Il film è stato girato in Arkansas e conta nel cast anche Ben Affleck, Jamie Lee Curtis, e Kelly Preston. Di “Daddy and them”, Billy Bob è sceneggiatore, regista e interprete.
